Custom-Design-Logo.com (CDL) is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust, and accordingly maintains the following privacy policy to protect personal information you provide us online.

It is CDL's policy that personal information, such as your name, e-mail address or other information provided to us through the website, is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information (such as to reply to your request or to handle your concerns).

No Release of Information to Third Parties

Personal information will not be released to third parties except when a client (you) requests that we share information with another firm or when the statute so demands. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties.

Legal Agreement

All the rights of the finalized logo and the artwork of that finalized logo that CDL has created and designed for its clients belong to the client it was designed for; except for the right of displaying the logo (either on the website or other media) as a sample of work done and created by CDL provided no refund has been asked for by the client. The client is free to register his/her logo created by CDL under his/her name or trademark.

CDL does not provide registration services, nor does it assume responsibility of an event of a plagiarized name, existing identity, or extreme logo similarity. However, in the event of this situation, we will modify the logo to correct and/or aid our customer for a time period of no more than 3 (three) months of creating the primary image. We suggest you register the logo with your state or province in order to protect its design. This will protect you from others copying your logo design.

Refund Policy

However, the refund policy will not take effect in the following circumstances: 1) If you have approved any of the logos in the first/second/third iteration designed for you, irrespective of whether you have requested that certain changes be made to the same or not. 2) If the organization/entity for which we are designing the logo either changes the nature of their activity or suspends the same, or changes their name or it closes.

CDL makes information, material and products available on CustomLogoArt.com under the following terms and conditions. By visiting our website, you agree to the terms and conditions as described below. CDL can from time to time change these terms and conditions.

We (CDL) own the rights to CustomLogoArt.com. All rights reserved. It is not permitted to copy in full or parts of CDL to any other source on the Internet, or publish in full or parts of CDL in any printed form or through any media. It is also not permitted to use CDL or parts that can be associated with CDL directly or indirectly in any commercial connection without written permission from us. Trademarks, logos or service marks ("Marks") shown on CustomLogoArt.com belong to CDL or other third parties. It is not permitted to use these Marks without written permission in advance given by CDL or other third parties owning these Marks.
